I am very proud of being a part of an international mining project and working for Öksüt Mining | Centerra Gold in Türkiye.

I am working as Maintenance and Construction Manager and managing many operations and projects. Although it is stressful to manage maintenance and construction processes with tight deadlines, it offers me the opportunity of learning new and interesting things every day. Öksüt Madencilik is a workplace encouraging teamwork and skills and recognizing employees.

In the meantime, I continue to gain valuable experience in all the interesting projects I am assigned to. I have great respect for the company's efforts to continually develop new technologies and improve employee experience and skills. I am happy to be part of such a professional team in a globally renowned company like Centerra Gold.

I work as a Community Relations Specialist at Öksüt Madencilik. Öksüt Mining is my first professional experience and I believe that it is my greatest chance to work in a global company with a professional and disciplined staff.

My journey at Öksüt Madencilik started about 3 years ago as a Financial Reporting Specialist in the Finance Department. I call this wonderful experience a journey. Because Öksüt Madencilik gives everyone the chance for continuous improvement. I think when people feel valued and recognized; they do their work with stronger motivation, enthusiasm, a deeper sense of meaning, and a higher level of commitment. They go the extra mile simply because they want to contribute to an organization that values them. This motivation can easily be found in Öksüt.
