Every year, we are participating with mentors and mentees in the International Women in Resources Mentoring Program (IWRMP).<\/p>

We are committed to pursuing greater representation of women throughout our organization at all levels. And we support women\u2019s talents and their participation in workforce in all our processes with our efforts of promoting cohesion, collaboration and a global united voice for women in the mining industry.<\/p>
