I am working as Maintenance and Construction Manager and managing many operations and projects.
Although it is stressful to manage maintenance and construction processes with tight deadlines, it offers me the opportunity of learning new and interesting things every day. Öksüt Madencilik is a workplace encouraging teamwork and skills and recognizing employees.
In the meantime, I continue to gain valuable experience in all the interesting projects I am assigned to.
